Angie’s List Super Service Award

This is the twelfth year that Custom Touch has earned this prestigious award, awarded to only the top 5% of companies on Angie’s List. Angie’s List is a website that aggregates verified consumer reviews of service companies as a way to “capture word-of-mouth wisdom.”

Certified Irrigation Contractor

A professional designation earned by owner Dana Hird, by completing the requirements set forth by the nationally recognized Irrigation Association, including a written exam and exhibiting ethical business practices. In order to remain in good standing the contractor must complete 10 units of continuing education credits annually.

EPA Water Sense Partner

A certification through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in which the partner demonstrates a commitment and expertise to water efficient technology and techniques. Custom Touch Irrigation believes strongly in conserving our natural resources and uses both products and techniques to create the most efficient use of water. Owner Dana Hird is currently one of only a few Central Indiana irrigation contractors with this certification.

Rainbird Select Contractor

Custom Touch Irrigation is a charter member of the Rainbird Select Contractor Program in Indiana. As additional contractors have been added to the initial group, CTI has continued to differentiate itself by receiving the Gold Level Status in this program by exhibiting a high standard of expertise and professionalism.

Indiana Professional Lawn and Landscape Association

The mission of the IPLLA is to utilize all resources to provide effective membership services, proactive leadership, enhanced economic opportunity, advocate member rights and promote ethical and professional standards to improve the quality of life in our communities. IPLLA’s vision is to be recognized by the Green Industry as the progressive association that will constantly monitor, improve, strengthen, defend and provide what is essential for the professional growth of its members.

Indianapolis Landscape Association

Best known for their annual Flower & Patio show, the ILA has been promoting camaraderie since 1949 among local nursery and landscape firms. It’s existence is based on promoting high ethical industry standards and furthering the membership knowledge of landscaping related matters.
